Now, with an AI assistant, he can get what used to take two hours done in five minutes. He’s genuinely eager to use it—no one has to tell him; he’ll use it on his own. So, I believe whether a bottom-up, self-initiated adoption can take shape is also a sign of maturity. In my view, these three aspects are the key metrics.
